The Platform is owned, operated, and managed by Unidoc Healthcare Private Limited, with its registered office located at A/18 Keshav Park, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382418 (referred to as “us”/ “we”/ “Unidoc Healthcare”).
Your utilization and interaction with the Platform, including accessing services provided by Unidoc Healthcare and/or third-party diagnostic service providers ("Third Party Labs"), and/or third-party doctors, medical consultancy service providers, other medical and healthcare professionals or institutions ("Medical Experts"), are governed by these Terms of Use in conjunction with the privacy policy (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"). The Third Party Labs and Medical Experts are collectively referred to as the "Third Party Service Providers".
Your use of the Application, transactions conducted on it, and usage of Services (as defined herein below) hosted or remotely managed through the Application are subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"), including the applicable policies referenced herein. These Terms of Use form a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your" or the "User") and Unidoc Healthcare.
By accessing, browsing, or engaging in any transactions on the Application, or availing any Services, you signify your agreement to abide by these Terms of Use. Additionally, by implicitly or explicitly accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to comply with Our policies, including the Privacy Policy, and any other relevant rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions under the applicable laws in India and other jurisdictions governing access, browsing, or transactions on the Application, or availing any of the Services. These rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions are considered integral parts of these Terms of Use. However, if You navigate away from the Application to a third-party website, you may be subject to alternative terms and conditions of use and privacy policies, as specified on such a website. In such cases, the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy applicable to that website will govern your usage of that website.
Unidoc Healthcare retains the right to add, modify, amend, cancel, limit, vary, or change the Agreement, either wholly or partially, at any time, without prior notice. Furthermore, Unidoc Healthcare reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, alter, modify, change, or vary the platform, its features, content, Services, or any parts thereof, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any modifications/amendments to the Agreement will be posted on the platform and shall take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform following such changes or modifications shall indicate your acceptance of the revised/modified Agreement. Kindly review these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree to the Agreement, please cease using this platform immediately.
The following Services are provided by Unidoc Healthcare and/or made accessible to Platform Users. These Services are governed by the terms outlined below, in addition to other terms within the Agreement. They are not intended to supersede other Agreement terms and should not be interpreted as derogating from them.
Users can utilize this service to manage medical cases, appointments, and other health records, creating a digital overview of their medical journey. During the use of this Service, the platform may receive the User's medical records, including diagnostic reports and doctor prescriptions, from both Third Party Service Providers and/or directly from Users.
The accuracy, integrity, and completeness of the information provided in the Health Records depend on the data supplied by Users or authorized Third Party Service Providers. The platform acts as a facilitator, merely transmitting or storing information without altering it. Unidoc Healthcare shall not be liable for any losses or injuries resulting from actions or omissions made by Users or any other parties, including Third Party Service Providers, relying on information in the Health Records.
The platform facilitates video/tele/e-consultation services, providing Users access to and interaction with Medical Experts.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and currency of information regarding Medical Experts' qualifications, experience, fees, etc., Unidoc Healthcare shall not be liable for inaccuracies or incompleteness of such information or any resulting losses or injuries, direct or indirect.
No guarantees, representations, or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are made regarding the professional qualifications or quality of advice provided by Medical Experts. Unidoc Healthcare shall not be liable for claims related to malpractice, negligence, or deficient services on the part of the Medical Expert.
Consultation Services are intended for non-emergency medical issues that do not require physical intervention. If physical attention or care of a Medical Expert is needed, or in the case of a medical emergency, Users are advised against using Consultation Services. The decision to use Consultation Services is solely at the User's discretion, and Unidoc Healthcare shall not be liable for any resulting injury or loss due to the User's judgment.
Consultation Services are provided with the User's express consent and are not a substitute for physical consultation, intended for general consultation only. Recommendations for diagnostic tests or prescriptions made during Consultation Services are based on preliminary information and examination and should not be considered accurate, final, or conclusive.
Prescriptions made by Medical Experts during Consultation Services are at their sole discretion, and they are solely responsible for them. Unidoc Healthcare does not endorse any prescriptions, and Users may use prescribed medical drugs at their own discretion and risk.
By availing Consultation Services, Users consent to Unidoc Healthcare recording, saving, and storing such services for record purposes, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Unidoc Healthcare may review this data for quality evaluation but will not access any information identifying a User under normal circumstances, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

This Agreement remains in effect as long as you use the Services or are a User on the platform. Unidoc Healthcare may terminate your access to the platform or Services, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
Certain Services on the platform require user registration to create a profile. The registration process necessitates disclosure of identity and/or other information, subject to the platform's Privacy Policy.
Users may register with the platform and create a personal profile, enabling access to additional sections and Services. By completing the registration process and creating a User Profile, Users confirm acceptance of the Agreement. Unidoc Healthcare reserves the right to refuse registration applications at its discretion.
To create a User Profile, Users may be required to provide various information, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and User Profile and are fully accountable for all activities under their User Profile.
By creating an account, Users consent to receive communications regarding platform or Services, including from or on behalf of Third Party Service Providers, and agree to receive Service-related notifications via SMS, email, or mobile notifications.
Unidoc Healthcare may introduce subscription or membership fees in the future, with reasonable prior notice. Services may be subject to limitations, such as storage space limits, depending on Third Party Service Provider engagement.
The platform or its software may automatically check for updates or upgrades, which Users may be required to install. Unidoc Healthcare reserves the right to prescribe limits on platform or Service usage, while complying with the Privacy Policy.
Advertisements may be displayed on the Services or in connection with User Content or Unidoc Healthcare Content. Users acknowledge and agree to this practice.
Unidoc Healthcare reserves the right to deactivate User accounts for inappropriate conduct, including the use of abusive language, and may impose limits on Service usage without prior notice.
For the provision of Services, Unidoc Healthcare may enable Users to upload their existing medical records, maintain a repository of reports from Third Party Service Providers, and share text, files, images, photos, videos, or any other materials, as well as provide feedback/ratings for Third Party Service Providers (collectively, "User Content").
Users and/or Third Party Service Providers agree to share or allow sharing of User Content with Unidoc Healthcare at their own risk. Unidoc Healthcare reserves the right to retain such information for the purpose of providing Services to Users.
Unidoc Healthcare, at its sole discretion, determines whether User Content is appropriate and may remove any User Content deemed inappropriate without notice or liability. Inappropriate User Content includes, but is not limited to:
In exchange for the license to use the platform, Users agree not to use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Users shall not disrupt the platform's functionality or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other User accounts.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or reverse engineer the platform or its components. Users are responsible for all activities originating from their device and must report lost or stolen devices immediately to disable their account and change passwords.
Users are liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized account usage and must comply with all applicable laws while using the platform. Unidoc Healthcare is not liable for Users' use of third-party websites linked to the platform.
Certain Services on the platform may require payment, and Unidoc Healthcare reserves the right to revise charges at its discretion. Users accept Service charges displayed at the time of usage.
Users may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to Unidoc Healthcare, Third Party Service Providers, or others without prior consent. Unidoc Healthcare may terminate repeat copyright infringers' accounts.
Users are responsible for interactions with Third Party Service Providers. Unidoc Healthcare is not liable for disputes between Users and Third Party Service Providers. Unidoc Healthcare acts as a facilitator between Users and Third Party Service Providers, and any claims arising from such interactions are between the User and the Third Party Service Provider.
Users acknowledge that Services are provided "as is" and use them at their own risk. Unidoc Healthcare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any claims related to Third Party Service Providers' services or products. Unidoc Healthcare is not responsible for User conduct or Third Party Service Provider actions.
Unidoc Healthcare and Users are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to conditions beyond their control, including acts of God or internet disruptions.
Users may report prohibited or infringing content to Unidoc Healthcare. Unidoc Healthcare reserves the right to determine if content violates the Terms of Use and take appropriate action.
Users agree to indemnify Unidoc Healthcare for any claims arising from their use of the Services, including User Content or violations of the Terms of Use or third-party rights.
Unidoc Healthcare is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of Services or User Content. Unidoc Healthcare's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. Unidoc Healthcare is not liable for User conduct or Third Party Service Provider actions.
Users agree to the collection and storage of certain information, subject to the Privacy Policy. Unidoc Healthcare may transfer User Content to affiliates or other countries with the User's consent.
Unidoc aims for at least 90% System Availability annually, excluding scheduled maintenance and other specified downtime. Unidoc Healthcare may notify Users of maintenance windows.
Failure to enforce any provision of the Agreement does not waive the right to enforce it later. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Users may not assign their rights and obligations without Unidoc Healthcare's consent. Unidoc Healthcare may assign its rights with notice.
