Our Belief

At Unidoc, we believe in unified excellence to deliver a modern holistic approach to clinical medicine. Unidoc was founded with a goal that every Indian should be able to walk into a clinic or hospital without having to carry physical files.

Why We Built This

The idea to work on this project started when our founder's close friend's father had chest pain and ended up in a critical condition — because he could not present his paper health records to the doctor in real time, resulting in delayed care.

Our team of doctors had experienced this issue repeatedly while working in hospitals where there was no continuity of care for complex and urgent referral cases, with a persistent lack of access to past diagnostic reports.

What We Set Out to Build

We had seen many healthtech products that allowed e-prescriptions, but there was no platform integrating doctor's notes, their assessment and plan, and any tool to allow seamless doctor-to-doctor referral with an interoperable system.

Our team of doctors decided to take matters into their own hands and started working on a platform that would create and maintain digital health records, and allow integration of health data between physicians — across specialities, institutions, and time.
